Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment being made for all orders. All orders are despatched via courier and will require a signature at point of delivery. Unfortunately goods cannot be left without a signature being taken. In the event that the goods could not be delivered on the first atempt the courier will leave a card and we advise that you contact the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time at your earliest convenience. Please note that deliveries may be delayed over bank holidays. Any orders placed over the Christmas period will be despatched on the first working day of the new year.

2. Returns
All items (excluding food stuffs, dated products and self assembly furniture which has been built) can be returned to us within 7 working days if you are not happy with your purchase. Upon us receiving your goods back at our warehouse the items will be checked and if they are returned in the their original unopened packaging a full refund for the item will be given. Order totals below £30 are charged a £6.75 shipping charge, all orders more than £30 are eligible for FREE shipping.

3. Refuse Order
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel your orders. In the event of not fulfiling your order we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right not to provide you with a reason of refusal.
